Staff were unfailingly friendly, so we loved our being there. Authentic, ordinary room with panoramic views and a balcony, as for instance. There also was easy to access parking and clean pool. Prime location close to everything.

The hotel property was appealing with easy location just next door to Dubai Mall, downtown. Staff was outstanding and extremely friendly all the time. Got suite when arrived, loved that.
There was room service missing, I was a little disappointed.

This place is great and the stuff are professional. Truly enjoyed a kitchen we had in the room. Pizzeria Akiba Dori was located 20 minutes walk away. The stay was fantastic, recommend.
